Refund Policy

REFUND INFORMATIONS

We have 15 days return policy, which means you have 15 days after you received your product to ask for the refund.

To be eligible for a return, the product shall be in the same conditions you received it, not used yet, with the tag and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, it is possible to contact us at team.spacetorch@gmail.com , if your return is accepted, we are sending you a return shipping label and also the instructions about how and where to send your package. Items sent to us without asking for a return first will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can assess the problem and make it right.

Exceptions/ non-returnable items

Some kind of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (food, flowers or plants), customized products (like special orders or customized articles), and also personal care goods (like beauty products).

Furthermore, we do not accept returns for dangerous materials, flammable liquids or gas. Please contact us if you have questions or doubts about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

the fastest way to make sure you get what you wish, is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If it gets approved, you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method. Please, remember that it could take time for your bank or credit society to elaborate and send the refund.
